Becky singt eigene Lieder mit Loopstation und Bass, irgendwo zwischen Singersongwriter, Chanson und alternative Rock. Ihre Songs sind intime Einblicke in ein queeres Berlin von heute mit Blick auf die ostdeutsche Provinz von gestern, im Wechsel zwischen tiefer Melancholie und amüsanter Absurdität.

The Millennial Midlife Crisis

The Millennial Midlife Crisis (kurz: tmmc) – das ist Queer Cabaret Pop-Chanson mit deutschen Texten – oder auch: »ridiculous songs by ridiculous people for ridiculous times«.
In ihren Liedern beschreiben tmmc typische Erlebnisse in der großen Stadt: Schlechte Dates mit Mackern, Berlin-Mitte-Vibes, enttäuschte politische Hoffnungen, unerreichbare (online) Crushes, Sex, das eigene Verhältnis zum/zur Therapeut:in oder auch das Leben mit chronischen Erkrankungen. Kurz gesagt: There will be drama, baby!
Mit einer gehörigen Portion Humor nehmen tmmc so den oft ernsten Themen ein wenig ihren Schrecken – zumindest für einen Moment.
Und das Publikum bekommt neben dem ein oder anderen Ohrwurm jede Menge Queer Joy, die garantiert bis zur nächsten Therapiesitzung hält.

CITYALLTECH

Cityalltech (CAT) is an electronic music project created by Paulo Gomes in 2006. The debut album, Entrada Reconstruir, was released in 2009. During the production of CAT’s second album, Pense Dance Transforme (Think Dance Transform), Paulo Gomes received three international nominations and recognition from the European Space Agency.
Songs such as Alucinações, Anencefalida, Ator Pornô, Put My Name in the Press, Monalisa Overdrive, Regra de Sarrus, and Gatinha Travessa explore themes connected to the Queer community, confronting the social effects of taboos surrounding identity, surveillance, the fragility of democracy, domestic violence, and female liberation. With a provocative and experimental approach, Cityalltech challenges audiences to question double standards and cultural contradictions.

In 2022, during Brazil’s Bolsonaro administration, Cityalltech’s bold artistic expression led to censorship and a temporary ban on YouTube, reinforcing the project’s commitment to artistic freedom and resistance.
The song Alucinações — a celebration of diversity and individuality — was featured on Brazilian television, where Paulo Gomes discussed the influence of David Bowie on his music and visual aesthetics.

Now, Cityalltech arrives in Berlin to produce its upcoming album, scheduled for release in 2026. The new work promises to expand CAT’s sonic universe with deeper layers of Brazilian funk, electronic experimentation, performance art, and emotional storytelling.
On stage, audiences will experience Paulo Gomes – Vocal, performance (Brazil) – and Meet Panchal – DJ (India) live – an immersive, multi-sensory performance that merges sound, visuals, and identity into a powerful expression of queer futurism and artistic transformation.
